Hi, I am Antonino Sammarone.
Growing up, I was always captivated by the way a single image could tell a story. Even before I knew the technical terms, I had an instinctive eye for composition and a deep appreciation for creating something visually striking. After years of studying photography through high school and college, I followed that passion into a full-time creative career.
Before launching Ocular Creatives, I spent several years working in the production industry traveling the nation on events, productions and installations as an audio, video, and lighting technician. Those experiences shaped me — I got to help build immersive environments, cinematic lighting setups, and unforgettable moments for large-scale events and productions. Seeing the magic created right in front of me inspired the way I photograph today: intentional, atmospheric, and experience-driven.
Now based in Jacksonville, FL, I bring that blend of artistic vision and technical expertise to every session. Whether I’m photographing a brand, a family, a couple, or a creative concept, my goal is to capture the energy, emotion, and story behind each moment. I don’t just take photos — I build an experience people love to be part of, with direction, comfort, and confidence at the forefront.
